De-urbanize to sustainable rural development areas, including COLLECTIVIZE GREEN COMMUNES with the remaining cities with substantially reduce population (at least 30% reduction) transformed into green urban settlements promoting local sustainable systems. We NEED actions towards Greening Human Settlements by moving emphasis and state resources away from urbanization in favor of state subsidized & supported green communes in the rural areas where alternative low carbon, green sustainable living and local green economic and cultural systems may be tested out, starting with communities already affected by the impacts of climate change that will be voluntarily resettled in these communes.

While our growth rate has been in a steady decline, it is still not enough. We need to further reduce population growth in a humane manner. This can be done by providing sufficient access to sexual & reproductive health options & services and providing incentives for couples who will commit not to have all their children as biological children of their own but instead opt for adoption of abandoned and orphaned children or have one of their 2 children from adoption.

Immediate completion of the recognition of indigenous peoples rights to their ancestral lands and domains – within 1 year. This also means support to implement their ADSDPP (ancestral domain strategic development & protection plans). This will also include the full support to the BARMM law & full autonomy of the cordillera. Finally, this means no all-out-war against rebellions & instead the final resolutions of all peace negotiations with rebel groups leading to withdrawal of all armed groups from ancestral domains, BARMM & Cordillera leading to their own self-defense force to secure their territories

Pursue the eradication of graft & corruption in both the public & private sectors; including nepotism. Push electoral & political party system reforms; including passage of an anti dynasty law, & public financing subsidy for political parties while limiting expenditures of political parties during elections to make the chances of all parties vying for elective positions more equitable. This will also pursue the re-orientation and institutional reforms coupled with sufficient support of all intelligence & armed services of government & the reform of our justice and penal system. These will lead to a more caring and rehabilitative institutions fully compliant with all human rights, inter-generational equity and rights of nature standards & principles.
These reforms in tandem with other related green agenda will lead to a generally more responsive government services & eradication of political dynasties and reduce oligarchy and the chances of it gaining more influence in governance and Philippine politics. Finally, if political dynasties have been substantially curtailed, we are prepared to support a shift to a federal-parliamentary form of government to empower local communities for their own sustainable development and to redistribute more equitably national wealth. In the charter change that will be needed, we will push for the integration of environmental rights & a right of nature clause |
